Description
The SuperGrind 400/260 can be equipped with a 90 kW, 110 kW, 132 kW, or 160 kW motor and a single or double knife set. Globally, the scansteel foodtech® SuperGrind 400/260 is probably the most robust and durable "workhorse" among meat-based raw material grinders in its size/capacity. This industrial grinder has been specially designed to meet the needs of the global animal feed and rendering industries. It is used for grinding:
- Whole beef bones - all types, including femur bones.
- Whole pork bones - all types, including femur bones.
- Poultry bones - all types.
- Fish bones - all types.
- Pre-cracked bones.
- Soft meat raw materials.
APPLICATIONS
The SuperGrind 400/260 is designed with a safety input cage to prevent meat raw materials, such as frozen blocks, from being ejected during the feeding process. It also provides easy access for maintenance and inspection purposes.
