Club sandwich slicer
Description
In the end of the feeding conveyor, the slicer handles the sandwiches stacked and placed in diagonal to slice them into two parts.
Slicing with a band blade limits crushing and garantee a perfect cutting, whatever the ingredients are.

- Depending on models, sandwich cutting in one or two tracks

- Modular conveyor belt enables to handle the sandwich under the self-aligment device.
- Calibrating and positioning device, moved by a brushless motor enables to control the orientation cycle.
- Two-belt conveyors, with superior one holding the sandwich while cutting.
- Height can be adjusted to the product to cut.
- Vertical band belt moved by an asynchronous motor with variable speed to cut the sandwich in diagonal line
- Scrapers on each conveyor.
- Easy belt and blade removal, no need of tools.
