Description
The ultrasound cutting machine ERMA 1200P is designed to cut round fresh or frozen cakes into angular portions with the infeed/output of up to 3 whole products simultaneously.
Applications
- Products : Fresh or frozen bakery products.
- Dimensions : Round cakes of all diameters. Option: square or rectangular cakes.
- Speed : 1200 cakes / hour with 3 cutting heads depending on the number of portions per cake, combined with the height and the texture of the product.

- Automatic infeed system for the products.
- Cutting directly inside the mould with special ultrasonic blades.
